The National Instruments SCXI-1161 is an 8-channel general-purpose switch module for SCXI systems featuring eight independent single-pole double-throw (SPDT) Form C non-latching electromechanical relays. Each channel provides normally closed, normally open, and common terminals for flexible signal routing and control of medium-to-high level signals. The module delivers switching capacity up to 8 A at 125 Vrms, 6 A at 250 Vrms, or 5 A at 30 VDC with a maximum switching rate of 3 operations per second and 15 ms relay operate/release time.
