The Newport ESP300-11111N is a three-axis motion controller/driver combining servo control electronics and power amplification in a single chassis. Built around a 32-bit floating-point DSP processor, it executes digital PID-FF servo loops for synchronized velocity and position tracking across stepper and DC brush servo motors. The unit drives up to three axes at 3 A maximum per axis, with programmable micro-step resolution to 1000x for stepper motors and 18-bit command output for DC motors.
