Equipment info

The Adtech 401710 is a four-axis drive control system engineered for industrial robotic motion control applications. The ADT-QC400 controller integrates multiple processing units—ARM9 CPU, DSP, and FPGA—to deliver coordinated servo drive control across joint and world coordinate systems. It supports G-code programming with manual teach capability and executes advanced motion functions including circular interpolation, continuous path tracking, and customizable acceleration/deceleration profiles. The system operates from 190–240V AC input and manages up to 3 kW total power across four axes, with single-axis output below 1.2 kW. Standard I/O comprises 34 optically isolated input channels and 27 output channels (6 relays, 21 NPN open-collector). The handheld FlexPendant operator interface features an 800 × 600 color display and enables real-time programming and system monitoring.

Technical Specifications

• Atmospheric Pressure: 86 kPa to 106 kPa

– Key Features

• Circular interpolation and continuous path trajectory generation
• Joint and world coordinate system modes
• Multiple acceleration/deceleration profiles for smooth motion control
• G-code programming language
• Manual teach mode for operator-driven setup
• Integrated servo drive module with high-performance control

– Typical Applications

Manufacturing automation, multi-axis robotic systems, precision motion control, industrial positioning tasks.

– Compatibility & Integration

Motor compatibility spans all major digital AC servo motor vendors. The FlexPendant (355 mm × 248 mm × 70 mm, 2 kg) connects via dedicated handheld interface. External I/O boards expand signal management. Encoder, motor power, and I/O cables terminate at dedicated connectors on the main control module.
