The AT-MXI-2 is a half-size PCI bus interface card that bridges PCI-based computers directly to the MXIbus, enabling high-speed communication and seamless integration with VXI and VME systems. The card functions as a VXIbus device through its standard communication register set, allowing recognition and operation within existing instrument frameworks. It supports D64, block, and synchronous MXI cycles for flexible data transfer modes and conforms to both PCI Specification 2.0 and MXIbus Specification 2.0.
