The NI SCC-AI03 is a 2-channel analog input module for NI SCC carrier boards that delivers high-accuracy voltage measurements with integrated signal conditioning. Each NRSE channel accepts ±10 V signals and outputs ±10 V with factory-set gain of 1.0 (adjustable via E/M Series DAQ control). A 3-pole lowpass filter with 10 kHz cutoff and 60 dB/decade rolloff suppresses out-of-band noise. Module-to-module and channel-to-ground isolation protect sensitive measurements from ground loops. The 100 MΩ input impedance suits high-impedance sensor interfaces. Bandwidth extends to 10 kHz.

– Compatibility & Integration
Works with SC-2345, SC-2350, and SCC-68 carrier boards. Compatible with E Series and Basic multifunction DAQ devices. Connects via 20-pin right-angle male connector and 4-pin screw terminal. Configuration and gain calibration performed through Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) and E/M Series DAQ control. External power required when certain DAQ devices (62xx models) are used.
