It multiplexes all 32 differential analog input channels into a single output for DAQ device integration, expanding measurement capacity. Each channel incorporates a divide-by-10 attenuator, programmable gain instrumentation amplifier (PGIA), and three-pole lowpass filter with 10 kHz cutoff to reject 60 Hz noise. The module accepts ±60 VDC, 30 VACrms, and ±42 VACpeak signals with independent range programming per channel. Calibration is managed through on-board EEPROM with 2-point correction and NI-DAQ driver integration; factory constants ship pre-loaded. The module features a 96-pin male DIN C front connector and 50-pin male ribbon cable rear connector, operates from 0 to 50 °C, and requires a 20-minute warm-up interval.
