The Ophir 5039 is a high-power RF amplifier delivering 20 Watts CW output across 20 MHz to 1000 MHz. Built on Silicon RF Power MOSFET technology, this Class AB linear amplifier combines 46 dB minimum gain with exceptional linearity and dynamic range. The unit operates in CW, AM, FM, PM, and pulse modes, accommodating input overdrive up to +10 dB compression. Internal broadband RF networks, EMI/RFI filtering, and integrated power supply ensure stable performance across the entire frequency band with ±1.5 dB gain flatness. All units undergo burn-in testing and quality assurance verification before shipment.
