Built around the Texas Instruments 9914 GPIB controller, the EXM22 delivers deterministic data transfer rates suitable for automated test environments. Two configurations address different throughput requirements: the standard EXM22 supports read transfers to 350 KB/second and write transfers to 600 KB/second, while the EXM22+ variant incorporates 1 MB or 4 MB of DRAM buffering to achieve burst rates up to 1 MB/second on both read and write operations.
