The RFPA RF9002000-20 is a Class A solid-state power amplifier operating across the 900–2000 MHz band. It delivers 12 W of continuous RF output power (minimum 10 W) with 40 dB minimum power gain and ±2.5 dB flatness. Rated at 0 dBm input, the amplifier tolerates up to 13 dBm maximum input and maintains infinite VSWR mismatch tolerance at 10 W. Designed for microwave links, test benches, field tests, and instrumentation, it features over-temperature protection, 50 Ω input/output impedance, and N-type female RF connectors. The unit mounts in a standard 19-inch rack (3U, 492 × 360 × 132 mm) and operates from 230 V AC ±10% (47–63 Hz) with self-contained forced-air cooling. Operating range is 0–40 °C.
