The Rigol DG1022Z is a dual-channel function and arbitrary waveform generator delivering 25 MHz output across two independent, fully synchronized channels. Built on Signal Fidelity (SiFi) technology, it generates sine, square, ramp, pulse, noise, and DC waveforms with 14-bit vertical resolution and 200 MSa/s sampling rate. The instrument combines function generation, arbitrary waveform synthesis, modulation (AM, FM, PM, FSK, ASK, PSK, PWM), harmonic generation, and frequency measurement in a single platform.
