The Rigol MSO7014 is a 100 MHz mixed-signal oscilloscope built for embedded system debugging and electronic design analysis. It combines a 4-channel digital oscilloscope with a 16-channel logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, arbitrary waveform generator (optional), digital voltmeter, and 6-digit frequency counter into a single instrument. The MSO7014 captures signals at 10 GSa/s with up to 100 Mpts standard memory (500 Mpts optional) and delivers waveform capture rates to 600,000 wfms/s with hardware recording of up to 450,000 frames.
