Equipment info

The Rigol RSA3015N is a real-time spectrum analyzer delivering comprehensive RF signal analysis from 9 kHz to 1.5 GHz. Built around a 10 MHz standard real-time bandwidth (expandable to 25 MHz or 40 MHz), the instrument captures transient signals with 100% probability of intercept at response times as fast as 7.45 µs. It combines spectrum measurement, spectrogram visualization, and signal demodulation in a single platform, supported by 1 ms full-span sweep capability and resolution bandwidths from 10 Hz to 1 MHz (1 Hz optional).

The RSA3015N integrates vector network analysis with S11, S21, and distance-to-fault measurements, plus an integrated tracking generator extending to 1.5 GHz. A 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen (1024 × 600 pixels) provides intuitive control, while LXI-compliant LAN, GPIB, USB, and HDMI connectivity enable laboratory and field automation. Frequency stability reaches <1 ppm standard or <0.1 ppm with optional OCXO reference. Level measurement uncertainty stays below 1.0 dB.
