Technical Specifications

Frequency Range: 20 Hz to 26.5 GHz

Level Measurement:
• Measurement range: +30 dBm to –140 dBm
• Linearity: 0.01 dB + 0.005 dB deviation per 10 dB across full range
• Level uncertainty (amplitude modulation): 0.5% to 1.5%; (frequency modulation): 1% to 3%; (phase modulation): 1%
• Adjacent-range calibration eliminates level switching errors
• High tolerance to frequency drift and residual FM

Modulation Analyzer:
• AM measurement: 0% to 100% modulation depth, 50 Hz to 100 kHz
• FM measurement: maximum 500 kHz deviation, 50 Hz to 200 kHz
• PM measurement: maximum 10,000 radians deviation, 50 Hz to 100 kHz
• Modulation uncertainty (at 400 Hz/1 kHz, 3 kHz bandwidth): AM < 1.5%, FM < 3%, PM < 1%; FM deviation < 0.2% nominal (100 kHz to 10 MHz, 5 kHz deviation)

Audio Analyzer:
• THD and SINAD measurement with FFT analysis
• Lowpass filters: 3 kHz, 15 kHz, 23 kHz, 100 kHz; Highpass filters: 20 Hz, 50 Hz, 300 Hz
• Deemphasis: 25 µs, 50 µs, 75 µs, 750 µs
• Input impedance: 50 Ω or 1 MΩ (selectable)
• Level range: up to 4 V; frequency range: 20 Hz to 1 MHz
• Maximum power (50 Ω): < 1 W; maximum peak voltage (1 MΩ): < 20 V

Spectrum Analyzer:
• Full FSU-equivalent spectrum analysis with harmonic and phase noise measurement
• Optional YIG preselection filter for microwave performance; switchable tracking filter for accurate calibration
