The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZD10 is an active differential voltage probe delivering 1 GHz bandwidth for high-precision measurements of high-speed signals. The 10:1 attenuation probe minimizes loading effects on the device under test while maintaining excellent signal fidelity. Its integrated R&S probe interface enables direct connection to compatible Rohde & Schwarz oscilloscopes, providing automated control, data display, and integrated high-precision DC voltmeter functionality via the instrument’s software.
