The Rohde & Schwarz ZNL14 is a 2-port vector network analyzer delivering precise RF characterization from 5 kHz to 14 GHz. This instrument measures S-parameters, impedance, admittance, and stability factors with 1 Hz frequency resolution and 0.01 dB amplitude resolution. A 130 dB dynamic range and -140 dBm/Hz noise floor enable accurate component testing in laboratory, production, and field settings.

The 10.1-inch WXGA capacitive touchscreen with multi-touch gesturing provides intuitive control, while the MultiView function displays multiple measurement modes simultaneously. Fast data transfer via HiSLIP over 1 Gbit/s LAN (2.5 ms typical) and IEC/IEEE/GPIB (3 ms typical) streamlines automation and integration into test systems.
