The Rohde & Schwarz ZVAX-TRM40 is a test receiver module (TRM) extension unit that expands network analyzer capabilities across 10 MHz to 40 GHz. It extends port count for multi-port measurements and delivers configurable signal conditioning optimized for active device characterization. The unit decouples signal conditioning from the host analyzer, reducing overall system cost and option dependencies while enabling high-power and pulsed measurements on T/R modules, receivers, transceivers, and power amplifiers.
