The Rohde & Schwarz FSQ26 is a dual-mode spectrum and waveform analyzer covering 20 Hz to 26.5 GHz, delivering integrated signal analysis for aerospace, defense, and telecommunications development and production. It combines high dynamic range (84 dB ACLR), exceptional noise floor (–158 dBm typical at 1 Hz RBW), and flexible analysis bandwidth (28 MHz standard, 120 MHz optional) in a single platform. With third-order intercept typically +25 dBm, 14-bit IF digitization at 81.6 MHz, and real-time IQ capture up to 705 Msamples, the FSQ26 handles multichannel analysis, adjacent channel leakage measurement, and modulation characterization across LTE, WCDMA, WLAN, WiMAX, and proprietary standards. Frequency-domain sweeps execute in 2.5 ms; zero-span measurements span 1 µs to 16000 s. Connectivity includes GPIB, RS-232, LAN (100BaseT/1 Gbit), and VGA display output. Measurement applications include digital demodulation (Bluetooth, GSM/EDGE, 3GPP, CDMA2000, 802.11a/b/g/j, WiMAX) via optional firmware modules.
