The instrument combines wide dynamic range, flexible resolution bandwidth options from 1 Hz to 50 MHz, and a comprehensive suite of measurement functions including adjacent channel leakage ratio (ACLR), third order intercept (TOI), and harmonic distortion analysis. Fast sweep capability—2.5 ms in frequency domain and 1 µs zero span—enables rapid signal characterization in development and production workflows. External mixer compatibility expands frequency coverage to 110 GHz and beyond, supporting advanced EMC and component testing scenarios.
