Equipment info

The Rohde & Schwarz FSUP26 is a signal source analyzer that combines spectrum analysis, signal source characterization, and phase noise measurement in a single instrument. Operating from 20 Hz to 26.5 GHz in spectrum analyzer mode and 1 MHz to 26.5 GHz in signal source analyzer mode, it delivers the specialized measurements required for oscillator and synthesizer development, RF communications testing, and radar signal analysis. External mixers extend capability to 110 GHz.

Technical Specifications

Frequency Coverage:
• Spectrum Analyzer: 20 Hz to 26.5 GHz
• Signal Source Analyzer: 1 MHz to 26.5 GHz
• Extended range to 110 GHz with external mixers
