The Rohde & Schwarz NRV-Z6 is a high-sensitivity diode power sensor engineered for precision power measurements across RF and microwave frequencies. Operating from 50 MHz to 26.5 GHz, it delivers measurement capability from 400 pW to 20 mW with an 80 dB dynamic range. The sensor uses zero-bias Schottky diode technology with individual absolute calibration and onboard memory for sensor-specific parameters.
