Spectral purity is exceptional: SSB phase noise below -105 dBc (1 Hz) at 10 GHz offset, harmonics typically below -50 dBc, and non-harmonics under -60 dBc to 20 GHz. The instrument resolves frequencies to 0.1 Hz and level adjustments to 0.01 dB, with output level accuracy of ±0.9 dB at 0 dBm across 10 MHz to 40 GHz when equipped with the precision attenuator option.
