Corning SMF-28 Optical Bare Fiber is a single-mode optical fiber engineered for long-haul signal transmission with minimal loss. Supplied as a continuous 10,000 meter (10 km) length, this fiber meets ITU-T G.652.D and G.657.A1 standards and delivers performance across C-band and L-band wavelengths. The combination of ultra-low attenuation, controlled dispersion, and excellent bend performance makes it the preferred choice for telecommunications backbone networks, submarine cable systems, and high-capacity metro links.
