The Sony XC-73 is a compact 1/3-inch CCD monochrome vision camera module engineered for OEM integration into machine vision, robotics, and industrial imaging systems. Built on Sony’s IT Hyper HAD CCD architecture, it delivers 570 TV lines horizontal resolution (EIA) with 56 dB S/N ratio and frame rates up to 30 fps in standard interlaced scan. The camera operates from a single 12V DC supply drawing 1.4W typical power, making it suitable for battery-powered and space-constrained applications.
