It delivers precise two-channel signal acquisition and conditioning across a bandwidth up to 400 MHz, with switchable bandwidth-limit filters at 100 MHz and 20 MHz. The module provides calibrated deflection factors from 1 mV/div to 10 V/div in 1% increments and supports dual input impedance selection: 1 MΩ (rated to 400 V DC + peak AC) or 50 Ω (with 5 VRMS overload protection). High-resolution DC offset control includes a calibrated offset range of ±1 V with 25 µV resolution at the 1 mV/div setting. The M377 IC output stage delivers 100 Ω per side source impedance, allowing parallel configuration. Fast overdrive recovery and manual reset protect against signal overload in 50 Ω mode. On-board Dallas Semiconductor DS1220Y NVRAM preserves calibration constants, settings, and serial number data. Display and trigger outputs from both channels drive the mainframe’s 50 Ω per side input impedance in parallel, with auxiliary outputs available per channel. BNC connectors provide input connections; the compact 8 lb form factor integrates directly into compatible Tektronix mainframes without external cabling requirements.
