The Tektronix 11A34 is a four-channel vertical amplifier plug-in module for Tektronix 11000-Series and DSA600-Series oscilloscope mainframes. It delivers 300 MHz full bandwidth with switchable limiters at 100 MHz and 20 MHz, supporting vertical sensitivity from 1 mV/div to 5 V/div. Each channel features switchable 1 MΩ or 50 Ω input impedance, AC/DC coupling selection, and TEKPROBE® connectivity compatible with Level 1 and Level 2 probes or standard BNC connectors. The amplifier incorporates fast overdrive recovery, high-resolution calibrated DC offset (25 µV resolution at 1 mV/div with ±1 V range), and 5 VRMS input overload protection in 50 Ω mode. An onboard Dallas Semiconductor DS1220Y NVRAM stores settings, calibration constants, and serial number data. The analog signal path uses M377 output amplifiers with 200 Ω per-side output impedance, and the ACVS (Analog Control Voltage System) enables firmware-controlled gain and offset voltage generation with integrated error correction.
