The Tektronix 1L30 is a 10.5 GHz spectrum analyzer plug-in module that transforms compatible Tektronix 500-series oscilloscopes into RF signal analyzers. Originally developed by Pentrix as the L-30 before Tektronix’s 1964 acquisition, this plug-in extends oscilloscope capabilities to cover microwave frequencies with calibrated sensitivity and frequency accuracy suitable for RF characterization and troubleshooting.
