The Tektronix 80C01-CR is an optical sampling module for characterizing long-wavelength signals in telecom and datacom applications. It delivers up to 20 GHz optical bandwidth across the 1100 to 1650 nm window, supporting OC-12/STM-4 through OC-192/STM-64 data rates with integrated clock recovery at 622 Mbps and 2488 Mbps. The module accepts single-mode fiber (9 µm / 125 µm core) via a Universal Connector Interface supporting FC, ST, SC, and DIN connectors. Optical input is rated to 5 mW average and 10 mW peak power at peak responsivity wavelength, with >30 dB return loss.
