The Tektronix 80C04-CR2 is an optical sampling module for the CSA8000 Communications Signal Analyzer and TDS8000 Sampling Oscilloscope. It delivers 28 GHz optical bandwidth for characterization of 10 Gb/s OC-192/STM-64 optical components and transmission systems. The module performs eye pattern analysis, pulse shape measurement, extinction ratio, and Q-factor determination across NRZ and RZ formats.
