The Tektronix A6302 is a split-core AC/DC current probe delivering accurate measurements from DC to 50 MHz across motor drives, power supplies, inverters, and aerospace systems. The probe attaches to conductors without circuit interruption, enabling simultaneous measurement of DC and AC currents up to 20 A continuous and 50 A peak. A 2-meter cable connects the probe to compatible Tektronix current probe amplifiers, extending measurement capabilities across critical power electronics and system diagnostics.

– Compatibility & Integration
The A6302 requires an external current probe amplifier for operation. Compatible amplifiers include the AM503 family (AM503, AM503/A, AM503/B), AM5030, and 11A16 plug-in modules. When integrated with the 11A16 amplifier, maximum current rating reduces to 10.5 A. The A6302XL variant offers an 8-meter cable and DC to 17 MHz bandwidth, with compatibility limited to AM503B and AM5030 amplifiers.
