The Tektronix DSA73304D is a 4-channel digital signal analyzer delivering up to 33 GHz analog bandwidth for high-speed serial interfaces, optical communications, and wideband RF analysis. On two channels, it achieves the full 33 GHz specification; four-channel operation delivers 23 GHz bandwidth. With sample rates to 100 GS/s on two channels or 50 GS/s across all four, combined with a noise floor below 750 µVrms and jitter noise floor under 250 fs, the instrument provides the signal integrity required for demanding measurement tasks. Real-time capture rates exceed 300,000 waveforms per second per channel, supported by up to 31 Mpts standard memory—expandable to 250 MS with optional memory. Advanced triggering includes Pinpoint® Trigger, Visual Trigger, and real-time serial triggering to 6.25 Gb/s for NRZ or 8b/10b patterns. Automated serial analysis covers PCI Express, I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, FlexRay, RS-232/422/485/UART, USB 2.0, HSIC, MIL-STD-1553B, and MIPI® D-PHY/C-PHY/M-PHY standards. The 12.1-inch XGA touchscreen display and multi-interface connectivity (USB, Ethernet, IEEE-488.2, eSATA, DVI-D, VGA) support flexible lab and production environments.
