The Tektronix MSO5104 is a 1 GHz mixed-signal oscilloscope that combines four analog channels with 16 digital channels for comprehensive signal acquisition and analysis. It delivers 10 GS/s sampling on one or two analog channels, 500 MS/s digital sampling with 60.6 ps fine timing resolution via MagniVu™, and waveform capture rates exceeding 250,000 waveforms per second with FastAcq™. The instrument supports up to 12.5 M point record length standard (expandable to 250 M points) and FastFrame™ segmented acquisition up to 290,000 segments, making it suitable for complex protocol debugging, power integrity analysis, and high-speed digital validation.
