Operating as a plug-in module within the TM5000 Series Power Module mainframe, it provides manual or automatic attenuation control via front-panel interface and IEEE-488.2 programmability for automated test environments. The instrument employs a single filter design to eliminate measurement dark spots and utilizes internal mechanical motion algorithms for high repeatability across the extended wavelength range.
