Tektronix P6251 Passive Scope Probe

The Tektronix P6251 is a high-performance passive voltage probe designed for accurate signal acquisition. Featuring a 10X attenuation ratio, it reduces the amplitude of the input signal by a factor of 10, improving the oscilloscope’s dynamic range. With a bandwidth of DC to 500 MHz, the P6251 can accurately measure high-frequency signals. Its input impedance of 10 MΩ in parallel with 8 pF minimizes loading effects on the circuit under test. The probe is compatible with Tektronix oscilloscopes.
