The Tektronix P7513A is a 13 GHz TriMode differential probe designed for high-speed signal acquisition across differential, single-ended, and common-mode measurements without probe tip reconfiguration. A single probe setup eliminates setup delays and streamlines complex measurement tasks while maintaining high signal fidelity and minimal DUT loading.
