The Tektronix RSA7100B is a wideband real-time signal analyzer that captures and processes RF signals across 16 kHz to 14 GHz (extendable to 26.5 GHz) with 320 MHz real-time bandwidth and up to 800 MHz acquisition bandwidth. The instrument separates RF acquisition from compute processing, enabling real-time spectrum analysis, modulation measurement, and event triggering on signals with pulse widths exceeding 10 µs. It delivers 232 ns minimum event detection, 65 dBc dynamic range, and -168 to -146 dBm/Hz DANL across its operating range.
