The Tektronix TDS 3052 is a two-channel, 500 MHz digital phosphor oscilloscope delivering 5 GS/s maximum real-time sample rate per channel. This benchtop instrument captures signal anomalies through Digital Real-Time sampling and intensity grading, which darkens and thickens waveform lines to highlight frequently occurring signal elements. The full VGA color LCD display and QuickMenu graphical interface streamline operation for digital design debug, power supply characterization, and general test procedures.
