The Tektronix TDS754D is a 500 MHz, four-channel digital phosphor oscilloscope engineered for advanced electronic design, debugging, and signal analysis. It captures and displays three dimensions of signal information—amplitude, time, and amplitude distribution over time—with quantitative intensity and color-grading to reveal signal dynamics, instantaneous changes, and their frequency of occurrence. This unit ships with Options 13, 1F, and 2F installed.
