The Tektronix TDS784C is a 1 GHz, 4-channel digital sampling oscilloscope engineered for advanced electronic design, debug, and communication system analysis. Its InstaVu™ acquisition technology delivers up to 400,000 waveforms per second, enabling reliable capture of rare and transient signal events. The instrument combines 4 GS/s sampling with native 8-bit vertical resolution—extendable to over 11-bits through averaging and over 13-bits via Hi-res mode—for high-fidelity measurements. Standard record length of 50 kPts supports expandable memory options up to 8M points with internal hard drive storage.
