The Tektronix TDS794D is a four-channel digital phosphor oscilloscope delivering 2 GHz bandwidth and 4 GS/s real-time sample rate for capturing and analyzing complex signals with exceptional detail. DPO technology provides three-dimensional signal information—amplitude, time, and amplitude distribution over time—enabling rapid identification of intermittent events and signal anomalies. The instrument captures up to 200,000 waveforms per second with 1 ns peak detection and vertical resolution to 8-bit standard, expandable to 11-bits with averaging or 13-bits typical with Hi-res mode.
