The Tektronix TLA7BB3 is a 102-channel logic analyzer module engineered for advanced debugging and validation of complex digital systems. This high-performance acquisition module captures and analyzes digital signals at speeds up to 6.4 GS/s, enabling engineers to isolate timing violations, verify signal integrity, and characterize system behavior across multiple clock domains. The TLA7BB3 integrates with TLA7000 Series mainframes to create an expandable, multi-domain test platform supporting simultaneous state, timing, and analog acquisition through the same probe interface.
