The Tektronix VX4730 is a 1-slot, C-size VXI module delivering high-power, 12-channel Digital-to-Analog conversion in a single integrated package. Each channel operates as an independent, individually programmable DAC with 16-bit resolution and ±16.3835 V output capability. The module drives up to 60 mA per channel with all channels active, or delivers full ±16.3835 V into 40 Ω loads on individual channels, subject to a 720 mA aggregate current limit across all 12 channels.

The VX4730 installs directly into any approved VXIbus system and conforms to VXI mechanical and electrical standards. Annual calibration adjustment is required to maintain published specifications; adjustment should be performed at the module’s operating temperature.
