The Teledyne LeCroy CP30B is a current probe designed for AC/DC and impulse current measurements up to 30 Arms continuous, with peak pulse capability to 50 A. Operating across a 50 MHz bandwidth, it captures signal frequencies spanning power electronics, motor drives, and energy storage systems without requiring circuit breaks or shunt insertion. The probe combines Hall effect and transformer technology to deliver 1 mA/div sensitivity, enabling both transient and steady-state current analysis.

– Compatibility & Integration
The CP30B integrates with Teledyne LeCroy instruments equipped with the ProBus interface. The probe receives power through the ProBus connection and enables automated scaling, Degauss control, and Auto-zero adjustment from the oscilloscope user interface. Always connect the probe to a powered oscilloscope before clamping to active conductors. Do not use on uninsulated hazardous live or bare conductors.
