The Teledyne LeCroy ZD1000 is a 1 GHz active differential probe engineered for high-speed signal integrity measurements in digital systems. It delivers low noise performance with exceptionally high input impedance and superior common-mode rejection, minimizing circuit loading through its sub-1.0 pF input capacitance. The probe integrates directly with Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes via the ProBus interface, enabling front-panel control of gain and offset without external power supplies.
