The Teledyne LeCroy ZS1500 is a 1.5 GHz active voltage probe engineered for high-impedance measurements with minimal circuit loading. Its 1 MΩ input resistance and 0.9 pF input capacitance preserve signal integrity across the full bandwidth, making it ideal for characterizing fast transients and digital signals in complex circuit environments.

The probe operates at 10X attenuation with an input dynamic range of ±8 V and supports offset adjustment up to ±12 V, enabling precise measurement of small signals riding on large DC levels. The 20 V non-destructive voltage rating provides margin against accidental overstress during field measurements.
