The Wavecrest SIA3000 is a signal integrity analyzer purpose-built for jitter analysis and signal quality assessment in high-speed digital systems. It separates jitter into random and deterministic components—insights unavailable from standard oscilloscopes, bit error rate testers, or spectrum analyzers. The instrument combines oscilloscope, BER tester, time interval analyzer, and spectrum analyzer functionality into a single platform, delivering faster measurement cycles and parallel multi-channel capability.
