The Wiltron 3621A is a synthesized RF and microwave sweeper designed for laboratory and production test environments. It delivers precise signal generation and control across a wide frequency range up to 65 GHz, supporting multiple sweep modes including step sweep, alternate sweep, and manual sweep operation. The instrument provides programmable frequency agility for phase-locked step sweeps of up to 1000 non-sequential frequencies under GPIB control, making it suitable for complex characterization and validation tasks in RF/microwave applications.
