The Wiltron 6737B is a swept frequency synthesizer spanning 2 GHz to 20 GHz, engineered for precision signal generation and analysis in RF and microwave testing. Built on microprocessor-based architecture with GPIB control, this instrument delivers both swept and CW outputs with fundamental YIG-tuned oscillators ensuring superior signal purity. Harmonic and spurious content remains below -60 dBc across its operating range, enabling accurate characterization of narrow-band devices and communication systems.
