The Yokogawa 701947 is an isolated passive voltage probe engineered for high-voltage measurements up to ±1000 V with 200 MHz bandwidth and 1.2 ns rise time. Electrical isolation eliminates ground loops and reduces noise in sensitive measurement environments. The 100:1 attenuation ratio and 100 MΩ input impedance deliver clean, accurate signals across DC to 200 MHz. Built with an isolated BNC connector and 1.5 m cable, this probe integrates directly with Yokogawa’s isolated-input ScopeCorder modules for real-time data acquisition in demanding industrial and aerospace applications.
