Equipment info

The Yokogawa DL1740 is a 4-channel digital oscilloscope delivering 500 MHz bandwidth with real-time sampling up to 1 GS/s (with 2-channel interleaving) or 500 MS/s standard operation. Deep memory—1 MW per channel with interleaving, 500 kWord without—captures extended signal sequences for transient analysis and detailed waveform characterization. Dual input impedance (1 MΩ and 50 Ω) with switchable bandwidth limiting (100 MHz or 20 MHz per channel) accommodates diverse measurement scenarios. The 6.4-inch color TFT display refreshes up to 60 screens/s in all-points mode, enabling real-time signal observation. Comprehensive connectivity includes USB, Ethernet (optional), GP-IB, RS-232 serial (optional), SCSI (optional), and external trigger/clock inputs, supporting seamless laboratory integration and remote control.

Technical Specifications
