The Agilent / HP E3631A is an 80 W triple-output DC power supply engineered for versatile laboratory, research, and automated test applications. It delivers three independent outputs: 0–6 V at 0–5 A, 0–+25 V at 0–1 A, and 0–−25 V at 0–1 A, making it suitable for mixed-signal device testing, analog and digital circuit validation, and multi-rail system development.
Technical Specifications
Output 1 (6 V rail) achieves <0.02% + 5 mV load regulation and <0.01% + 5 mV line regulation, with <350 µVrms ripple and <1.5 mVpp noise. Outputs 2 and 3 (±25 V rails) deliver <0.1% + 5 mV load regulation, <0.05% + 5 mV line regulation, and <1 mVrms ripple with <4 mVpp peak-to-peak noise. Transient response settles in <50 µs for 50% load changes. Voltage programming accuracy is ±(0.5% of setting + 25 mV) for the 6 V output and ±(0.5% of setting + 50 mV) for ±25 V outputs; current accuracy is ±(0.5% of setting + 20 mA) and ±(1.0% of setting + 20 mA) respectively. Both voltage and current readback are supported.
